Thank love you every one
I am the volunteer co-chair of a private senior group located on the North Shore. Our institution engaged Gina about 2 years ago to provide safe, knowledgeable, low intensity fitness exercises to our senior members. We offer classes twice a month and our seniors love Gina and her classes. Gina explains exactly the what and why of the exercises and how they will strengthen our core, and help us in the aging process. All exercises can be modified and everyone participates at their own (comfortable) level. We laugh a lot and it has become the highlight of many of our members' week. I highly recommend Gina. We are fortunate to have found her.

Gina helped me get back into fitness after a long recovery from a knee injury. I didn’t think I would ever get back to running, but she helped me with low impact strength work. She was incredibly patient and also fun to work with. Thank you Gina!!
