What is intentional care?
Intentional caring involves taking time to get to know someone and intentionally reaching out to them to show them that you care. It can be something as simple as asking someone how their children are doing or taking the time to send a handwritten note or special gift. Many of us do this in our personal lives. My team and I extend that into our professional lives.
Intentional Care provides high-quality in-home care for people with disabilities (NDIS) and older people (HCP) in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas. Woolgoolga to Macksville. It is managed by Stephanie (Stephanie Ridge - Registered Nurse, www.stephanie-ridge.com). We have a team of RNs, ENs and Support Workers who will really enjoy the privilege of supporting you to remain in your own home and achieve your goals. Originally from the UK, (Liverpool), Stephanie has over 30 years of experience across a broad range of areas, including Neonatal Intensive Care, Children's Ward, Medical and Surgical adult wards, palliative care. Spinal Injury and children with complex disabilities in the community. Stephanie heads a team of enthusiastic nurses and support workers who, like her, enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of people they support.
