Whether in a private session or group setting, get the deepest most effective workouts. We believe Pilates is for everybody! That is why we offer both Mat and Equipment (Reformer) classes for the most comprehensive Pilates experience.  Personal attention is our standard in small classes taught by friendly and highly skilled instructors. There’s no getting lost in the crowd here.

MOVEMENT

We offer a range of feel good workouts in a fully equipped studio. Get strength training and cardio in our innovative Pilates mat classes while our Reformer equipment classes offer resistance training to quickly sculpt and tone your body.

All of the instructors are certified and passionate about sharing their love of movement and Pilates. We take time to get to know you by name as well as your personal goals and needs to develop a personalized workout program for you.
