I am Nirasha, a believer in Integrative and natural ways of healing. 14 years ago I started my own journey of empowering myself and finding my true purpose. 

I loved been a teacher then but deep within me I needed to connect with both adults and children at a deeper energetic level so that healing takes place.  Eventually I gave up my day job to follow my passion as an entrepreneur and Mindset Transformation therapist.  Stress is one of the biggest problem in people’s lives. The threshold for pain and also resilience of life is very low.  Helping my clients investigate the root cause of why they feel in a certain way and then install new patterns of behaviours, leads to long term and permanent healing. 

 I help clients heal their body by healing the Mind and giving them freedom from the SAD Thug (stress, anxiety and depression) so that they can achieve happiness and success.

I use a combination of tools - Rapid transformational and clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, Reiki and quantum science healing. I work with clients and patients who suffer with Gut issues, Infertility, MS, bipolar, spinal issues, pain management, cancer etc. I love evidence based research and are always a learner to continuously evolve as a therapist by learning new and modern methods.  Presently I am pursuing a PhD in Integrative and Natural medicine which has helped me to introduce bio-feedback and quantum education to my clients. I help my clients rewire the mind and change behaviour and thought patterns which is a game changer in life.
