Restaurant Štajun is located a few steps from Hvar's main square, but in a quiet enough place that the city noise will not disturb you while you enjoy a glass of wine on our terrace in perfect harmony with the selected dish.

As big fans of Dalmatian tradition and cuisine, it is no coincidence that we are located on one of the corners of the charming city streets, providing guests with enough privacy, but still maintaining the feeling of belonging to the old urban core.

Our menu is seasonal and focused on local products obtained from our fishers, family farms, and the best winemakers. Our guiding principle is local seasonal food combined with wine. That's how the restaurant got its name - "Štajun" means the season of something in the Hvar dialect
