Jana Francis is a respected and skilled lawyer with over ten years’ experience, Jana previously served in various types of legal practice including not-for-profit, in-house and private practice.

After discovering a profound passion in the areas of Family Law, Wills and Estates, Jana began assembling a team of experts and sought to bring together experienced legal specialists dedicated to providing personalised support throughout the Pilbara community to clients in need.

Practising law in Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, Jana has been able to successfully develop and refine the rare skill of effectively communicating to clients from diverse backgrounds with assorted levels of knowledge, providing easy to understand advice.

With a double degree in Law and Business from Victoria University and a graduate certificate in Human Rights, she knows that Family Law, Wills and Estates requires conflict resolution with human purpose and heart.

She regularly works in the native title space and has employment experience with local groups including Ngarluma, Kuruma Marthudunera and Thalanyji. When she is not practicing, she is a down to earth mother to two young children and acts as a voluntary board director on EPIC, a local Pilbara disability service.
